When I decided to put my lovely home on the market, I was referred to Tiffany K. Little did I know at that time how blessed that I would be.
Tiffany walked me step by step through the whole process and initially my home sold very quickly. Unfortunately, due to the Buyers issues, we had multiple set backs and 3 days before closing the contract was cancelled which resulted in a complete reset as the house was put back on the market.

I'm a 1st time home buyer. We (my Wife and I) started looking in January, with a different Realtor, who was nice BUT gave us a lot of bad information so we stopped looking in March. My wife found 'Nini' in late July. She was very knowledgeable and gave us her HONEST opinions and concerns about each property we saw. It never felt like she was focused on making her commission. She simply kept reassuring us (because each house looked better in the photos than in REAL life) 😮💨 by saying "This just isn't the house for you. Don't Worry... We'll find your home!"
