With no pre approval and up against time, Nini made it seamless and got us set up to be pre approved. Due to work schedules, it was hard to set a time to view the house but Nini went extra by securing a late night view. Nini would lay all the information you would need prior to get a house. She makes herself available on a short notice to assists you with necessary things. We would have not have the house if it wasnt for Nini in this crazy housing market.

We (my Wife and I) started looking in January, with a different Realtor, who was nice BUT gave us a lot of bad information so we stopped looking in March. My wife found 'Nini' in late July. She was very knowledgeable and gave us her HONEST opinions and concerns about each property we saw. It never felt like she was focused on making her commission. She simply kept reassuring us (because each house looked better in the photos than in REAL life) 😮‍💨 by saying "This just isn't the house for you. Don't Worry... We'll find your home!" On August 25th, I saw a house we fell in love with 😍 She scheduled us to see it the next day, saw no significant flaws, and we bid on it 2 days later. She made minor suggestions, to make our offer more appealing, and did NOT encourage us overextend ourselves. We won the bid and, with the exceptional and expedited help of David Olivetti from PNC, closed in 32 days (which is not the norm for ANY big banks). The house appraised for more than we bid too 🤑 On September 30th, WE BECAME HOMEOWNERS 🤩 We couldn't be happier about our home and my Wife's decision to trust 'Nini'!

She always had the answers or helped us find them when needed. Even with some difficulties with our sellers she was very supportive and helpful and communication was easy and fast. When I decided to put my lovely home on the market, I was referred to Tiffany K. Little did I know at that time how blessed that I would be. Tiffany walked me step by step through the whole process and initially my home sold very quickly.
